Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking an experienced Electrical Assembler for a contract-to-hire role in Schaumburg, IL, with potential for permanent placement in 3–4 months based on performance and attendance.

You will hand solder and wire splice 26–30 AWG cables, read wiring schematics, and assemble cables for medical devices and manufacturing goods while adhering to IPC/J-STD or NASA workmanship standards; schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:00am–3pm, with strong benefits and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Following IPC, J-STD, or NASA workmanship standards.
• Using pneumatic or hand crimp tools.
• Working under a microscope or magnification.
• Ability to sit for extended periods.
