Job summary

Kelly Services is hiring an Electrical Assembler in Schaumburg, IL. The contract-to-hire role offers a path to permanent placement in 3–4 months based on performance and attendance. Salary is $20–$22 per hour with a Monday–Friday 6:00am–3:00pm schedule.

Responsibilities include hand soldering, wire splicing, and assembling cables for medical devices and manufacturing goods. Reading wiring schematics and using precision inspection tools are essential.

• Using inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, rulers, height gauges, etc.).
• Following standards such as IPC, J-STD, or NASA workmanship standards.
• Using pneumatic or hand crimp tools.
• Working under a microscope or magnification.
• Ability to sit for extended periods.
