Job summary

Integrity Trade Services is seeking an Experienced Electrical Assembler for a manufacturing client in Waukesha, WI. The role pays $23.00/hour on the day shift (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday - Friday) and starts immediately based on experience. Benefits include comprehensive coverage through ITS upon hire.

Responsibilities include interpreting prints, assembling harnesses, soldering, and wiring control panels. The candidate should be able to lift up to 40 lbs and work seated or standing as required.

Qualifications

• Proficient in reading blueprints and harness drawings.
• Able to read a ruler and count accurately.
• Ability to distinguish colors.
• Prior experience in wire stripping, crimping, and soldering.
• Reliable transportation and safety consciousness for first-shift work.

• Strip wires, remove cable jackets, crimp terminals, and insert terminals into connectors.

• Assemble box builds, control panels, and wiring harnesses.
• Lift up to 40 lbs occasionally.
• Work seated or standing, with bending as needed.
