Job summary

Just In Time Staffing LLC in South Elgin, IL is seeking a dependable Assembler to support daily production in an assembly work cell. You will perform electronic and mechanical assembly tasks while maintaining high quality and safety standards, ideal for those with manufacturing experience looking to grow skills.

Pay is $15.00–$17.00/hour, with 1st shift 7:00 AM–3:30 PM and 2nd shift 4:00 PM–12:30 AM (training on 1st shift for a few weeks).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–6 months of manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to learn and take direction.

Responsibilities

• Perform electronic and mechanical assembly, including PCB assembly/testing and box builds.
• Follow work instructions, blueprints, and production schedules.
• Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Support team members and assist with meeting production deadlines.
• Report any production issues, equipment concerns, or defects to supervisors.
• Follow all company safety and quality policies.
