Job summary

Kelly is seeking an Electrical Assembler to join a premier manufacturing client in Covina, CA. The role offers full-time hours and a steady schedule 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, with pay of $18–$23 per hour depending on experience.

You will perform assembly on electronic or electromechanical components, follow prints, and use soldering irons, crimping tools, and microscopes. Experience with soldering is required; a certification is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience with electromechanical assembly and soldering (required).
• Soldering certification (preferred, but not required).
• Skilled with small hand tools and repetitive tasks.
• Full-time hours with consistent schedule.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of assembly operations on electronic or electromechanical components, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies.
• Complete complex tasks including delicate placement, alignment, wire bonding, and hand soldering of small components.
• Work from established prints, drawings, and work instructions.
• Use soldering irons, crimping tools, microscopes, and other specialized tools.
• Perform rework and assembly of very small components with accuracy and consistency.
