Qualifications

• No previous professional electrical experience required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort with hands.
• Willingness to learn electrical tools, systems, and terminology.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with residential electrical service calls, repairs, maintenance, and installations.
• Learn the basics of residential electrical systems, wiring, circuits, panels, lighting, outlets, switches, and other components.
• Assist with troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical issues.
• Learn how to safely use electrical hand tools, power tools, meters, and testing equipment.
• Prepare tools, equipment, and materials for service and installation work.
• Learn proper electrical repair and installation procedures.
• Follow safety requirements, company procedures, and electrical codes.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas.
• Protect customers' homes and property while performing work.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners.
• Explain electrical findings and solutions to customers.
• Assist with accurate job documentation using ServiceTitan or similar software.
