You will train alongside experienced professionals, gain practical experience, and grow towards a service electrician role. Expect full-time, year-round work with structured learning, ongoing coaching, and clear advancement paths.

Qualifications

• No previous professional electrical experience required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort working with hands.
• Willingness to learn electrical tools, systems, and terminology.

Responsibilities

• Assist with residential electrical service calls, repairs, maintenance, and installations.
• Learn basics of residential electrical systems, wiring, circuits, panels, lighting, outlets, switches, and components.
• Assist with troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical issues.
• Learn to safely use electrical hand tools, power tools, meters, and testing equipment.
• Provide preparation for service work and materials.
