Steadfast is seeking an Electrician Apprentice to join our team in Tampa. This entry-level role offers on-the-job training under licensed electricians, with opportunities to learn commercial electrical and low voltage installations.

You will assist with installations, measure and run cables, use multimeters, and keep the job site safe and organized. No prior experience required; high school diploma preferred; reliable transportation and strong willingness to learn are valued.

Qualifications

• No prior electrical experience required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong willingness to learn and grow in the electrical trade.
• Ability to take direction and work as part of a team.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Punctual, dependable, and safety-conscious.
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist electricians with commercial electrical and low voltage installation and service tasks.
• Measure, cut, and bend wire and conduit to required lengths and angles.
• Pull wire or cable through conduits and ducts.
• Use digital multimeters to measure voltage, amperage, and continuity.
• Help install and connect switches, outlets, and receptacles.
• Organize tools and materials, and maintain a clean job site.
• Follow all job-site safety rules and procedures.
• Learn and apply basic electrical principles and code requirements.
• Take direction and communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
