Key Duties & Responsibilities

Physical Requirements

• Lift and carry materials and tools up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and climb throughout the workday.
• Work safely on ladders and in elevated areas.
• Perform repetitive motions such as pulling wire, drilling, fastening, and installing components.
• Work in hot, cold, dusty, and noisy construction environments.
• Work in tight spaces such as utility rooms, attics, crawl spaces, and wall cavities.
• Maintain good manual dexterity and hand‑eye coordination.
