Job summary

Luzco Technologies, LLC. is seeking a detail-oriented Project Controls professional to support scheduling and coordination across electric utility projects.

You will develop, maintain, and analyze schedules to guide design and construction, working with project managers to ensure on-time delivery. You’ll use Oracle Primavera P6 and Excel to manage activities and resources, communicate progress to teams, and help align financial and schedule data across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience supporting project schedules with Oracle Primavera P6.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
• Willingness to travel occasionally; valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules in Oracle Primavera P6, typically ranging from 20 to 200 activities.
• Collaborate with multiple project managers simultaneously to support projects through various phases of design and construction.
• Load and manage resources within project schedules.
• Perform quality checks and support reviews related to project controls deliverables.
• Compare schedule data with financial information to help ensure alignment and consistency across project timelines.
• Communicate with project teams to understand technical progress related to electric utility, transmission line, substation, and telecommunications projects.
