Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience supporting project schedules with hands-on use of Oracle Primavera P6.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules in Oracle Primavera P6, typically ranging from 20 to 200 activities.
• Collaborate with multiple project managers to support projects through design and construction.
• Load and manage resources within project schedules.
• Perform quality checks and support reviews related to project controls deliverables.
• Compare schedule data with financial information to ensure alignment across timelines.
• Communicate with project teams to understand technical progress on electric utility, transmission, substation, and telecom projects.
• Integrate schedule data with other project information using Microsoft Excel, including formulas and pivot tables.
