The Role
LUZCO is looking for a detail-oriented, collaborative Project Controls Scheduler to help keep a portfolio of electric utility distribution projects on track, from design through construction. You'll partner directly with project managers to build, maintain, and analyze the schedules that stakeholders rely on to make decisions. It's a role for someone who enjoys turning moving parts into a clear plan and seeing their work shape whether a project lands on time.
What Your Day Will Look Like
- Own and maintain project schedules in Oracle Primavera P6, keeping data clean and decision-ready
- Partner across several project teams at once, gaining exposure to how utility distribution projects come together
- Resource-load schedules and run the quality checks that keep project controls deliverables reliable
- Reconcile schedule and financial data so timelines and budgets tell the same story
- Translate technical progress on distribution line and substation work into schedule insights the team can act on
- Integrate schedule data with other project information in Excel using formulas, pivots, and other tools
