Qualifikationen

• Four to seven years of progressive supervisory experience in managing a unionized workforce and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience evaluating and implementing advanced utility technologies and system upgrades.

Aufgaben

• Oversee a staff of about 150 in‑house and field personnel and multiple operational units.
• Direct oversight of troubleshooting, construction, maintenance, fleet, meter services, and other units.
• Oversee restoration of services during outages and emergency events and monitor system performance.
• Plan training, certification, and professional development programs for field crews and operations staff.
