MISO is seeking an accounting/finance professional in Carmel, Indiana to support market and transmission settlement processes. The role involves developing procedures, improving settlement workflows, and ensuring accurate invoice verification and tax document issuance.

Experience with Oracle and Concur is preferred, plus 2+ years in accounting/finance. The position offers a base salary between $73,000 and $98,000 USD annually, with eligibility for an annual bonus based on performance and company

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 4 years equivalent experience.
Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting/finance.
Familiar with Oracle accounting systems.
Experience with Concur Solutions is preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement procedures to support the market and transmission settlement process.
Identify improvements to settlement procedures and software to improve accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness.
Navigate the steps of invoice verification, coding, and processing, and ensure alignment with the company's policies and procedures.
Independently ensuring accurate and efficient issuance of year-end tax documents to suppliers
Manage travel and expense reimbursements
