Job summary

Eversource Energy is seeking a mid-shift Troubleshooter in New Hampshire. The role involves working on energized and de-energized lines, identifying faults, and restoring service under emergency conditions.

You will collaborate with Field Electricians and Substation staff to ensure rapid fault isolation and safe operations. Qualified candidates must have four years of line-related experience, a Lineworker I classification or equivalent, and NH high/medium voltage licensing.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and safety-conscious approach required.
• Ability to climb and work outdoors in all weather.
• Valid NH high/medium voltage license or equivalent.
• CDL Class B is required; Class A with zero endorsement within six months.
• Lineworker I classification or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and isolate faulty primary and secondary equipment.
• Operate switching devices on overhead/URD systems.
• Collaborate with Field Electricians on overhead and underground systems.
• Restore service during emergencies or urgent conditions.
• Inspect substations, install/repair street lights, and perform routine patrols.
• Direct work of others during outages and emergencies.
