FirstEnergy Corp. is seeking a senior-level supervisor to lead electric transmission and distribution projects in Ohio. This on-site role is based in the Central Region with possible postings at Akron, Macedonia, Medina, Stow Kent, or Hartville.

You will oversee crews, coordinate safety, and ensure adherence to work practices while driving continuous improvement and customer reliability.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 7 years related experience in an electrical field.
• Hazard responding experience and knowledge of construction and maintenance practices.
• Advanced knowledge in operations, repair and construction of transmission and distribution.
• Previous/leadership experience in supervision preferred.
• Knowledge of applicable safety standards and procedures.
• Ability to learn SAP, FLEX, GIS, Cascade and FWRD and MS Office tools.

Responsabilidades

• Directing and supervising employees in complex transmission and distribution work.
• Promoting safety awareness and accountability among staff.
• Coordinating equipment, materials and schedules to meet project plans.
• Ensuring safety, quality, and conformance to labor agreements.
• Providing coaching and performance feedback throughout the year.
• Responding to emergency conditions to support public safety and reliability.
