Job summary

New Flyer in Shepherdsville, KY is hiring for an Assembler - 1st Shift. This full-time, onsite role offers an 5:00 am–3:30 pm schedule. You will install and assemble coach components, read blueprints, and maintain a safe, clean workstation.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of line installations, bench components, and assembly processes.
• Ability to read blueprints, process sheets, and build components per specs.
• Proficient with hand tools, air tools, and related equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (75 lbs with assistance) and work on elevated surfaces.
• Stand and walk on hard surfaces for extended periods.
• Maintain regular schedule and overtime as needed.

• Work around vibration and moving mechanical equipment safely.
