Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; minimum five years of progressively responsible safety experience; OSHA 1910.269 knowledge and arc flash mitigation experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and administer comprehensive safety, health, and regulatory compliance programs for electric utility operations.
• Conduct training, audits, and incident investigations; identify corrective actions and monitor safety performance metrics.
• Coordinate with operations leadership, contractors, and regulators to ensure compliance with federal, state, and industry safety standards.
