Job summary

Consolidated Cooperative in Ohio seeks an Engineering Manager to lead planning, design, and reliability of electric distribution and telecommunications systems while building a high-performing engineering team. You will guide engineers, manage projects, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance, partnering with operations, fiber, and member engagement to deliver value and improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure preferred.
• Five+ years' progressive engineering experience, preferably in electric utility.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop engineering employees fostering safety and accountability.
• Oversee system planning, design, staking, construction plans, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with operations, fiber, and member engagement to deliver projects.
• Support GIS, AMI, SCADA systems and outage restoration initiatives.
• Assist budgeting, contract development, bid evaluations and long-term planning.
