Job summary

Hooper in Colorado is seeking a Project Coordinator/Manager to assist in planning and executing project contracts within the Transmission, Distribution, or Substation departments. You will help with estimates, procurement, subcontracting, manpower planning, and maintaining safety and quality goals across field and office sites.

Candidate should have a BS/BA in construction management or engineering, strong communication, and proficiency with Word, Excel, and Primavera P6; field experience

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Construction Management or a related field is required or preferred.
• Experience in construction project coordination or management is advantageous.
• Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills are essential.
• Proficiency with Word and Excel is required; familiarity with Primavera P6 is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and execution of project contracts, meeting cost, quality, schedule, and safety objectives.
• Support procurement, subcontracting, and preparation of project estimates and progress meetings.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, and supplies across field and office teams; liaise with trades and union hiring halls as needed.
• Help establish objectives, budgets, timelines, and safety standards; monitor adherence and report on progress.
• Manage administrative aspects of contracts (change orders, payments, billing, expenses) with project teams and admin staff.
