Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develops a bid schedule in consultation with Department Head.
• Prepares project estimates with detailed take-offs and pricing.
• Updates material and labor rate data regularly.
• Maintains estimating software and systems.
• Prices change orders for large projects.
• Evaluates bid results to refine pricing strategies.
• Assesses completed job costs against estimates for future accuracy.
• Creates rules of thumb for budgeting estimates.
• Performs other department tasks as needed.
• Attends departmental meetings and company functions.
