• Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with employees, contractors and community groups.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Electric Operations related to construction, design, planning, and scheduling for transmission and distribution systems.
• Collaborate with contracted companies to achieve project results.
• Ensure safety of employees, customers, and contractors during all work.
• Plan, coordinate and conduct safety meetings; communicate requirements and training.
• Manage assignments to minimize overtime and costs while maintaining customer service.
• Motivate and engage employees to improve efficiency and safety performance.
• Evaluate performance and conduct annual reviews.
• Maintain relations with union contracts and employee relations.
• Be prepared to rotate to other areas to address workload and development.
