• Motivate and engage employees to improve efficiency and safety performance.
• Coach and train employees; apply progressive disciplinary process as needed.
• Ensure compliance with union contracts in scheduling and work assignments.
• Monitor performance and conduct annual reviews with staff.
• Oversee customer expectations and timely completions; coordinate with service groups.
• Visit work sites to observe crews and inspect work for safety and quality.
• Manage budgets and approve contractor invoices; build positive relationships with stakeholders.
