Wisconsin Electric Power, a subsidiary of WEC Energy Group, seeks an Operations Supervisor in West Allis, WI. The role oversees electric transmission/distribution activities, manages internal and contracted resources, and ensures safe, efficient work to meet customer needs.

The position requires 3 years in utility supervision, strong communication, and knowledge of union contracts. This on-site role includes budgeting, safety, and cross-functional coordination.

Competenze

• Minimum: High School Diploma, HSED, or GED.
• At least 3 years in utility or supervision of direct reports.
• Valid driver's license.
• Good working knowledge of union contracts and employee relations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are a benefit.

Mansioni

• Plan, coordinate and conduct safety meetings to communicate requirements and training.
• Manage work assignments to minimize overtime and costs while maintaining service.
• Conduct daily tailgate sessions to review work and safety.
• Coach and train employees for improved performance and apply disciplinary processes when needed.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and supervise site work to ensure safety and quality.
