Job summary

Wisconsin Electric Power, a subsidiary of WEC Energy Group, is seeking a Projects Supervisor in West Allis, Wisconsin. This role leads a diverse team of engineers, technicians, and clerical staff to deliver electric and gas design projects on time and within budget.

You will establish performance plans, monitor progress, and drive improvements across processes and systems while collaborating with management and external customers to meet project needs.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a related field or 3+ years in a leadership role in utility design/construction.
• Strong leadership, coaching, mentoring and performance planning skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities for multiple projects in a fast-paced env.
• Experience with Microsoft Office required.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Gas Engineers, Customer Service Technicians, Designers, Expediting Clerks, and/or other staff.
• Establish annual performance plans and monitor progress with each team member.
• Manage electric and gas design work to meet on-time, on-budget scope.
• Collaborate with Area Management and external customers on project needs.
• Lead process and system improvements for design and construction.
• Provide project oversight from ideation to completion.
