Responsibilities

• Sets safety expectations with employees and resolves safety concerns promptly.
• Assists in budgeting, forecasts, and financial models for the unit.
• Ensures union contracts are adhered to and resolves grievances timely.
• Prepares and approves time, expenses, and materials records per guidelines.
• Develops relationships with other electric utilities, agencies and vendors.
