Job summary

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with electric motors, VFDs, drivers, or related electronic components.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the testing lab and keep equipment/workspaces well maintained.
• Manage calibration schedules and ensure test equipment stays within calibration requirements.
• Perform electric motor dynamometer testing and record accurate performance data.
• Conduct IQC and OQC inspections to support quality control processes.
• Support RMA testing, evaluation, and documentation as part of the RMA process.
