Kurz Industrial Solutions Inc. is seeking an Electric Motor Winder to join their team in Neenah, Wisconsin. In this role, you will inspect, repair, and rewind electro-mechanical equipment. The ideal candidate should have a strong mechanical aptitude, a high school diploma, and experience in industrial settings. Formación

• High School Diploma required; Technical Certification or Associate's Degree preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude required.
• Prior experience as a motor winder a plus, but willing to train.
• Experience in industrial, electro-mechanical, manufacturing, or distribution environments preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect electro-mechanical equipment for damage and electrical malfunctions.
• Test winding conditions according to EASA standards.
• Document motor data including electro-magnetic characteristics and operating conditions.
• Dismantle and strip damaged or unserviceable equipment.
• Prepare and inspect reusable parts for rewinding.
• Perform rewinding using proper insulating techniques.
• Test rewound equipment and document results.
• Operate specialized equipment such as winding machines and power tools.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace.
