KURZ Industrial Solutions is seeking an Electric Motor Winding Technician to repair and rewind AC and DC motors. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with random wound AC stators, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to perform electrical testing and interpret winding data.

Responsibilities include stripping stators, collecting winding data, and testing with Hipot and resistance measurements, while reading schematics and ensuring quality connections across components.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years experience winding random wound AC stators.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic understanding of electric motor operation.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and winding diagrams.
• Mechanical aptitude and experience using hand tools.
• Experience using micrometers and calipers.
• Basic computer skills (Windows, Excel, Outlook).
• Basic math skills.
