Devine Management Consulting, LLC is seeking an experienced Electric Motor Winder / Motor Rewinder to repair and rewind industrial electric motors and rotating equipment at our Texas facility.

Responsibilities include winding and rewinding AC/DC motors, removing old windings, preparing coils, soldering, testing with Megger/Hi-Pot, and ensuring safety and quality standards. Relocation package offered for out-of-state candidates.

Competenze

• 1+ year hands-on electric motor winding/rewinding experience.
• Experience with motor coils, stators, armatures, or rotors.
• Read winding data, diagrams, and specifications.
• Generator winding experience is a plus.

Mansioni

• Wind and rewind AC/DC electric motors, stators, rotors, and armatures.
• Remove old windings and record winding data.
• Prepare, insulate, form, install, and connect coils.
• Solder, braze, tie, and make electrical connections.
• Apply varnish and complete dip-and-bake processes.
• Test electrical insulation using Megger/Hi-Pot equipment.
• Disassemble, inspect, repair, reassemble, and test motors.
• Follow safety and quality procedures.

We are hiring an experienced Electric Motor Winder / Motor Rewinder to repair and rewind industrial electric motors and rotating equipment.

Responsibilities

• Wind and rewind AC/DC electric motors, stators, rotors, and armatures
• Remove old windings and record winding data
• Prepare, insulate, form, install, and connect coils
• Perform soldering, brazing, tying, and electrical connections
• Apply varnish and complete dip-and-bake processes
• Perform electrical testing using Megger, Hi-Pot, or similar equipment
• Disassemble, inspect, repair, reassemble, and test electric motors
• Follow safety and quality procedures

Qualifications

• 1+ year of hands-on electric motor winding or rewinding experience
• Experience with motor coils, stators, armatures, or rotors
• Ability to read winding data, diagrams, and specifications
• Experience with industrial electric motors preferred
• Generator winding experience is a plus
