Qualifications

• Ability to manage projects independently and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to develop motor solutions from concept to production.
• Develop product specifications based on customer and market needs and support product validation.
• Design and support electric motors, perform analysis, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Create BOMs, drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Lead cross-functional coordination across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain.
