Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years of experience in industrial or electrical construction.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and related tools.
• Flexible schedule for storm outages and outages planning.
• Ability to lead work crews and resolve problems.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical/electrical drawings.
• Knowledge of budgeting and scheduling practices.
• Familiarity with PMI project management practices.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Indiana.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and coordinate electric infrastructure construction across transmission, distribution, and substation projects.
• Enforce safety rules and practices, including regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors/contractors.
• Engage with labor unions on workforce needs and rules.
• Define resources needed to complete projects.
• Ensure compliance with construction standards and codes.
• Support asset management processes and project planning.
• Provide timely information for balanced project decisions.
• Travel within Indiana NIPSCO territory as needed.
