Job summary

Actalent is seeking a highly organized Customer Service Coordinator to support utility operations for electric and gas service customers. This role serves as the primary contact for customers, internal teams, and field personnel to ensure timely processing of service requests and project execution.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of customer service, administrative, utility operations, scheduling, or project coordination experience.
• Strong computer skills and experience working with customer information systems, databases, or enterprise software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work effectively with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Process electric and gas service applications and create associated work orders.
• Coordinate communication between customers, field personnel, engineering teams, and operations departments.
• Schedule customer appointments for electric and gas service-related work.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation within internal systems.
• Escalate customer concerns and service issues to appropriate departments.
• Support continuous improvement of customer service processes.
