We are seeking an Electric Drive Technical Specialist in Savage, MN to support electric drive solutions for mobile equipment, design and validate systems, and assist OEM customers.

This role reports to Engineering, works with Sales, and involves field and office work with some travel.

Qualifications

• 2-year technical degree is required.
• 4-year engineering degree (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or similar) preferred.
• 2+ years as an Application Engineer, Technical Specialist, or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Size, select, and apply electric drives and motors for off-highway and mobile equipment.
• Develop and support system schematics for drives, controls, and accessories.
• Provide on-site validation, testing, and start-up support for OEM customers.
• Collaborate on identifying and qualifying new technology and vendor partners.
• Support Account Managers with technical expertise and application guidance.
• Deliver product training to customers and internal teams.
