The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience managing electric distribution projects and 2+ years of supervising staff, with proficiency in AutoCAD and related design tools.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience managing the design and delivery of overhead and underground electric distribution systems.
2+ years of experience supervising employees.
Proficiency with AutoCAD and electric utility design software.
Strong knowledge of industry codes including NESC and NEC.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing Electric Distribution team with guidance and leadership.
Manage team performance, workload planning, staffing, quality, profitability, and operations.
Oversee design and delivery of distribution projects from moderate to complex.
Ensure projects are on schedule, on budget, and meet client requirements.
