Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with related work experience in electric services or control centers.
• Must be able to obtain switching certification within six months of job entry.
• Willingness to work non-standard hours including nights, weekends, and on-call.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch outages and routine service orders to field personnel.
• Monitor progress of work orders and trouble orders; maintain logs and reports.
• Support 24-hour operation of the dispatch/control center and adhere to SOPs/SSOPs.
• Identify procedures and reference applicable SOPs as needed.
• Assist in directing crews and ensuring safety and compliance during operations.
