Job summary

Arizona Public Service seeks a Supervisor Construction Maintenance to lead teams responsible for building, operating, and maintaining electric distribution systems for customers. You will coordinate field crews and support teams to keep infrastructure reliable and safe.

Responsibilities include prioritizing work, driving project delivery, and ensuring safety culture across groups; travel within the service area and after-hours emergency coverage are required.

• Resolve differences with open communication and policy interpretation.
• Maintain fleets and implement efficient maintenance programs.
• Promote safety through meetings and safe work practices.
• Support emergent restoration efforts and after-hours duty duties.
• Participate in community boards or local events as needed.
