Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. is seeking a passionate Teacher to support the Lead Teacher in planning and implementing daily programs for children in a licensed childcare setting. You will supervise the class in the Lead Teacher's absence and assist with meals, safety, and maintaining an organized room and Center.

The role may involve assistance from an Aide/Assistant Teacher. Candidates should have experience in licensed childcare, a HS diploma or equivalent, and coursework or a degree in early

Qualifications

• Experience in a licensed childcare facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Coursework or a degree in early childhood education or child development or a CDA.
• Must meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Flexibility as to the hours and schedule of work.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and implementing the daily program for children.
• Supervise the class when the Lead Teacher is out of the room.
• Help with meals and safety and maintain a clean and orderly room and Center.
• Attend staff training sessions, meetings and programs sponsored by the Center.
• Help with meal and snack preparation, feeding children, modeling table manners at family style meals.
• Performs other related duties as requested by a Lead Teacher or Center Director.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Compensation range of $16.33-$16.97 based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options
