Job summary

Responsibilities include delivering training, evaluating facilities and workers, and preparing staff for Election Day procedures, with travel to multiple class sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Some experience in public speaking or conducting classes or trainings in a group setting.
• Possess a valid CA driver’s license.
• Be able to lift objects over 25 pounds.
• Travel to various class locations throughout Los Angeles County.

Responsibilities

• Develop training courses related to election processes by determining course content and training needs.
• Schedule and secure training facilities.
• Evaluate election workers and training facilities; recommend improvements.
• Travel to training locations to conduct sessions.
• Deliver, set up, and break down training equipment and materials.
• Lead trainings, orientations, and group instructions.
• Assist workers with one-on-one interactive scenarios.
• Prepare workers for Election Day procedures and accessibility.
• Answer questions about Election Day procedures.
