Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of relevant customer service or call center experience preferred.
• Minimum typing speed of 50 WPM.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, and web apps.

Responsibilities

• Answer a high volume of inbound calls from voters and the public in a courteous and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding voter registration, Vote-by-Mail, polling locations, election dates, and related procedures.
• Research voter records using agency systems and document customer interactions accurately.
• Perform data entry and update voter information with attention to detail.
• Protect confidential voter records and follow security, quality, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to support timely call center operations.
