Qualifications

• Provide technical support for computer hardware, software, devices, and election operations systems.
• Set up, configure, test, deploy, transport, and position IT equipment and peripherals.
• Perform troubleshooting, equipment checks, data entry, data verification, and support documentation.
• Follow established security, confidentiality, equipment‑handling, and operational procedures.

Responsibilities

• Set up, configure, test, deploy, relocate, and maintain computers, peripherals, devices, and related IT equipment.
• Provide hands‑on technical support for hardware, software, network‑connected devices, and operational technology systems.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues, document resolutions, and elevate concerns according to established procedures.
• Assist with data entry, data verification, data management, and routine equipment readiness checks.
• Support election operations staff by preparing, testing, transporting, and positioning technology equipment as needed.
• Follow all procedures related to system access, data security, confidentiality, equipment handling, and chain of custody.
