Qualifications

• Some college preferred and interest in civil rights/policy advocacy.
• 1–2 years in immigrant communities or civic engagement/voting rights work.
• Familiarity with California and local communities; highly detail‑oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate ALC's Election Protection and voting rights advocacy work.
• Handle administration and logistics for poll monitoring and events.
• Manage volunteer correspondence, recruitment, and polling place assignments.
• Track and support partner organizations and DNI projects.
• Complete data analysis and research assignments for DNI projects.
• Participate in local and statewide policy coalitions or convenings as needed.
• Assist with event planning, programming, and educational opportunities.
• Research and analyze data for democracy projects and create resources.
