Job summary

San Diego Dem Campaign is seeking a Campaign Coordinator to oversee day-to-day operations, organize field activities, and manage voter-contact initiatives in the San Diego area. You will recruit and train volunteers, draft campaign communications, and staff events both in-person and virtual, helping position the candidate for a strong general election showing.

Relocation to San Diego is expected for local presence, with room to grow in a fast-paced, mission-driven campaign environment

Qualifications

  • At least one cycle of campaign experience is preferred.
  • Strong writing skills and experience drafting political communications.
  • Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office suites.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit and train volunteers, run field program and direct voter-contact activities
  • Draft campaign communications including social media content
  • Staff the candidate at in-person and virtual events
  • Other campaign duties as needed

Description

A Democratic candidate in the San Diego area is seeking a campaign coordinator to oversee and execute day-to-day operations, organic communications, and direct voter contact activities. This is a Democratic candidate who has won their primary and is well positioned to win the general election. This job will end on Election Day on Tuesday, November 3.

Campaign Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Staff the candidate at in-person and virtual events
  • Other campaign duties as needed
Desired Qualifications:
