Qualifications

• Requires strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience with elections or voter registration is beneficial.
• High school diploma or GED required; valid driver's license; must be registered to vote; Arizona Elections Officer Certified or ability to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare election supplies for polling locations and training classes.
• Assist with recruitment and training of seasonal election personnel.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and storage of election equipment and supplies.
• Assist with transport and setup of voting machines to polling places.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse.
• Support maintenance of voting equipment and election materials.
• Assist with ballot processing and testing of election programs and hardware.
• Involve in voter registration activities and related duties.
• Support HAVA compliance by inspecting polling locations and updating facilities.
