Richland County Ag is seeking an Election Services Representative to maintain equipment, prepare election programs, recruit and train poll workers, and manage ADA polling locations. The role includes GIS-based data work, report generation, and coordination of equipment delivery and retrieval for each election.

You’ll analyze geographic and demographic election data, assist with testing and securing equipment, and support both election night and post-election activities.

Qualifikationen

• Associate's degree in a computer-related field or high school diploma with two years in a tech environment.
• South Carolina certification must be completed within 18 months of hire and recertified yearly thereafter.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and software used for voter registration and elections.

Aufgaben

• Maintain and dispense election equipment and supplies.
• Prepare computer programs and operations for each election.
• Assist with poll worker recruitment and training.
• Create and maintain ADA-compliant polling location lists.
• Assist in election night and post-election processes.
• Schedule dispensation, delivery, and retrieval of equipment.
• Analyze data to forecast future supply needs and recount/runoff considerations.
• Assemble supplies for polling locations and generate reports.
• Gathers/updates geographic data and conducts related research and analysis.
• Ensure election security and proper testing of equipment and definitions.
