Black Futures Lab, a nonprofit organization in Rocky Mount, NC, seeks a Voter Outreach Team Lead to guide a small team of Election Impact Organizers in canvassing, phone banking, and community events to energize Black voters for the 2026 election.

Voter Outreach Team Leadleads a team of up to five Election Impact Organizers — social justice advocates who inform and mobilize voters through door-to-door canvassing, phone and text banking, social media, and community events. Our goal is toimpactthe 2026 General Election by engaging Black voters on the issues that matter most to them and energizing them to head to the polls. This role reports directly to the Senior Manager of Elections Campaigns.
