Black Futures Lab, in Valdosta, GA, seeks a part-time Voter Outreach Team Lead to guide a team of Election Impact Organizers in door-to-door canvassing, phone and text outreach, and community events. The role reports to the Senior Manager of Elections Campaigns and requires strong leadership and volunteer coordination.
The position is part-time, non-exempt, with up to 25 hours weekly, $25.00 per hour, and mileage reimbursement for approved use of a personal vehicle.

This is a shared position with its sister organization,Black Futures Lab, a 501(c)(3) that transforms Black communities into constituencies that wield independent political power at the municipal, state, and federal levels.

The Voter Outreach Team Lead leads a team of up to five Election Impact Organizers — social justice advocates who inform and mobilize voters through door-to-door canvassing, phone and text banking, social media, and community events. Our goal is to impact the 2026 General Election by engaging Black voters on the issues that matter most to them and energizing them to head to the polls. This role reports directly to the Senior Manager of Elections Campaigns.
