Community Legal Services, Inc. is seeking an Older Adults Paralegal to support civil legal matters for seniors in the Central Florida region.

The role reports to an attorney and requires providing paraprofessional legal services under supervision, including intake, case preparation, and research. Ideal candidates have a Florida Registered Paralegal in good standing, legal support experience, and strong written communication.

Qualifications

• Paralegal certification or legal studies background.
• FRP in good standing required.
• Experience with older adults preferred.
• Law firm experience a plus; civil legal matters for vulnerable clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with litigation and administrative matters for Older Adults Programs.
• Provide notarial services for firm clients.
• Travel within CLS service areas for meetings, including nights/weekends.
• Conduct client intake and determine eligibility for legal services.
