Qualifications

• 4–10 years of relevant experience in guardianship and elder law
• Strong experience with guardianship planning
• Experience with special needs estate planning
• Experience with Medicaid planning
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable interacting directly with clients
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and multitask effectively
• Strong team-oriented approach
• Admission to the Florida Bar

Responsibilities

• Lead guardianship planning for high-net-worth clients and advise on complex matters
• Counsel clients on elder law, Medicaid planning, and related estate planning
• Interact directly with clients and coordinate with the legal team
• Manage multiple priorities in a collaborative, results-driven environment
