Build your practice in complex guardianship and elder law matters while working directly with high-net-worth clients at a respected AV-rated firm.

Our client is a full-service AV-rated law firm with an immediate need for an Elder Law / Guardianship Associate to focus primarily on complex guardianship planning for high-net-worth clients. The ideal candidate will have 4–10 years of experience in guardianship, special needs estate planning, and Medicaid planning, along with strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.

• Strong experience with guardianship planning
• Experience with special needs estate planning
• Experience with Medicaid planning
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable interacting directly with clients

• Experience handling complex guardianship matters for high-net-worth clients
